We proudly present the strong, distinctive DNA of Artishock, each specialists within their own field, our A-team. On a daily basis we challenge and reinforce each other with only one goal; to achieve a successful result for our customers.



Director-owner Mechtild Stultiens studied Spanish language and literature and Communication Science at the University of Utrecht. Creating creative concepts with a long-term message is her strength. In addition, she monitors the quality of all facets within Artishock. She is an expert in managing hundreds of employees with different nationalities due to her experience as project manager of large-scale international events such as the Tour de France and the Football World Cup.



Senior Art Director

Our art director Antwan studied at the Utrecht School of the Arts. Antwan is creative pur sang. He constantly thinks in images – the picture with the chat – and effortlessly combines this with a strong conceptual and strategic approach. He excels in spatial visualization and is an emblem of an illustrator.



Project Coördinator

Gaby has completed an International Business study and many years of experience as an independent marketing and communication project manager. Her specialty is structuring. Gaby is our lubricating oil that runs our external projects smoothly internally, coordinates them with each other and keeps the overview.



Project assistant & Officemanager

Lieke followed the HBO degree in Associate Degree Office Manager. She learned practice at Artishock, where she has been working since 2008. Meanwhile, she has become a project assistant in which she supports the project leaders with various projects. A project assistant & office manager to be proud of.



Project assistant

Jasper has completed the Events, Marketing & Communication course and is responsible within the Artishock team for a good set-up and dismantling, in other words our support and support before and after events! Jasper is also a well-known figure in the Bossche hospitality industry, not only in front but also behind the bar where he provides the music and turns every evening into a party.



Creative Director

Huibert is an engaging personality. He thinks quickly and is good with words. He studied Business Administration but also ‘Cabaret’ at the Koningstheater Academy, THE Academy for Cabaret. As the creative director, he develops creative concepts with long-term impact. With his analytical and humorous approach Huibert knows how to touch clients and targets groups. In addition, his passion is to perform on stage as pianist and comedian.




After many wanderings at various renowned advertising agencies, he finally found his place at Artishock. Multi-disciplinary in many areas. From photography to video editing, from event styling to design. Mari can be used in all areas and feels like a proverbial fish in the water. Together with Antwan responsible for the creative implementation of projects.



Senior Project Leader

After training in business economics and event management, Claudia was Commercial Account Manager Large Business at ING for many years. With this business background and broad experience in the field of event management, Claudia feels like a fish in the water as a senior project manager for the business market. She takes care of the operational translation of the creative concept into an event with impact and all the details that accompany it.



Communications adviser

Maartje completed the NHTV in Breda, specializing in PR & marketing. After a few years as a fundraiser at Villa Pardoes and nearly 10 years as a global Marketing Communications manager for Philips Entertainment lighting, the phase started as a freelancer. Maartje has been our “regular” freelancer in the field of communication & social media for years.



Financial worker

Sjan is our financial support and support. With us, she ensures flawless financial administration. Sjan is an example of a ‘self made woman’. She gained her knowledge and experience by working in practice and learning about her work through corporate training and self-study. She started her career at Keser Uitzendbureau and worked for years at Heineken to coordinate agency workers within the company.



Story teller

Maurice graduated in 2008 as a CMV from the University of Applied Sciences in Arnhem and Nijmegen, after which he happily studied four more years at the theater school in Utrecht. Here he was trained as a playwright and theater maker. His strength as a story teller can be found in the development of internal and external change processes for various clients. In addition, Maurice designs, directs and produces films for various target groups. He recently completed a Masters degree in Crossover Creativity.



Communication & Business Development

During her Masters in Management Economics and Consumer Studies, Suzette specialized in Strategic Communication & Crisis Communication. Within Artishock she develops strategic communication & marketing processes around live events so that your story comes alive, is remembered and passed on. In addition, as a Business Developer, she is engaged in activities aimed at realizing new business opportunities.



Senior Project Manager

Joost studied SPECO (Sports, Economy and Communication) at Fontys Hogeschool in Tilburg and followed a Masters in Professional Sports Management in Brussels. He once started as an intern at Artishock. After 9 years of experience as a project manager in the Entrepreneur Marketing Communication, he is now working as a senior project manager for trajectories for the business market, the sports world and charities.



Jr. Project Manager

Nina studied HBO Leisure Management at NHTV in Breda, specialized in event management and obtained her minor in marketing & consumer behavior. Nina is the spider in the web for numerous Artishock projects. With her infectious enthusiasm and proactive attitude, she assists the creative team, the project leaders and is also regularly employed as a project leader on various projects. Nina’s eye for detail, her approach to mentality and passion for the event industry make a significant contribution to the concepts that we develop and implement for our clients.



Manager Hospitality

Monique is trained as a Management Assistant and Secretary. Monique has a lot of experience and speaks various languages and a mastered shorthand. Monique can guide guests and dignitaries like no other.
